What is your return policy?

At Kuhdoo, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are personal-use goods, we do not accept traditional returns. Instead, we focus on making things right through replacements when appropriate.

Our soaps, lip balms, candles, and other personal-care goods are non-returnable once they leave our facility.

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept personal-use products back into inventory after delivery.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Is tallow soap safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Tallow closely mirrors the skin's natural oils, which makes it gentle even on reactive or sensitive skin. If you have a known sensitivity to beef derived products, test on a small area first.

Can men and women use the same bar?

Yes. Every bar in the bundle works for any skin type, scent preference is the only thing that matters, not gender.

How should I store the soap to make it last longer?

Keep it on a draining soap dish, away from standing water between uses. This keeps the bar firm and helps it last noticeably longer.
